St Nicholas hospital site, built in 1899, is situated in the centre of Gosforth, Newcastle. The site comprises of 12 hectares of land with mainly Victorian style buildings, some new build facilities and a number of other building across the site. The NHS contracted Karnheath to insulate the loft at Chad House, St Nicholas outpatient unit in January, 2008.
